GREENPEACE COLLABORATION 2017
MTW performed aboard the famous Greenpeace rescue ship, The Arctic Sunrise, for the Los Angeles Women’s Eco-Leaders conference in 2017.
PARLIAMENT OF WORLD RELIGIONS 2018
MTW performed at the Opening Ceremonies of the 2018 Parliament of World Religions Congress in Toronto, Canada. MTW premiered two original works on the topics of plastic pollution "For you Big Blue" and "Climate Refugees" to a standing ovation of 5000 world leaders. Both dance-works were choreographed by renown choreographer/director, Tony Testa.
FILM FESTIVAL AWARD 2016
MTW Received a My Hero Project, 2016 Arts Hero Film Award Winner, for Consumed – a short film about youth consumerism. This film is used each semester as part of the Santa Monica College sustainability program, by Professor Victoria Charles.
